You can be alone but not lonely. What a paradox! But yet so self explanatory. One of the big lessons from the Covid-19 and other coming pandemics might be just that.
The iIllusion of being lonely has been created
Every existence in the Universe exists on many different levels of frequencies and consciousness at the same time.
Let’s see if we can look at it from a couple of different angles.
Physical reality of being lonely
First the physical. What you can see, smell, hear and touch. Easy to experience for most people. Some common sayings are: If I can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. If I can’t understand it or feel it, it doesn’t exist. If it isn’t inside the frames of my comprehension, it doesn’t exist. The main topic here is Me and I. What I can see, feel, smell, hear etc. I am the centre of the Universe. If you have other experiences or belief systems, you are wrong.

As long as this is your reality, you are absolutely right. Your mind defines your reality. The key word here is YOUR reality. Based on your education, culture, friends and all the things that form YOUR life. You can chose otherwise to expand your frames of understanding, but maybe it hurts… So it is best not to. For instance it could happen that you came to change your mind. And we don’t want that. It would create waves in your family and your group of friends. Unpleasant. No, you absolutely don’t want that. So stick to your safe frame and be happy. You, yourself and your reality. Safe and predictable. But just an illusion that enables you to maintain the illusion of being lonely.
Emotional feeling of being lonely
Second the emotions. The next level, but still very physical. One complicating factor though. It implicates other beings. Your family, spouse, pet, house, car… You name anything you feel attached to. Emotions. It makes you feel happy, sad, angry. Whatever emotion you decide to create towards that being or thing. In your physical body it is easy to explain. If you make a excel sheet. Upbringing, culture and life on the one direction and hormones, food and physical environment on the other direction. And then you can make this lines cross in the sheet to predict your reaction. Who you fall in love with, what makes you angry, sad, happy and so on. What ever emotion you want to create. And yes, it is basically as easy as that. Only that you want it to be very complicated. Unsolvable. Personally and not for anyone else to understand. Therefor you have to keep running around and around in your hamster wheel. All by your self as a reaction to your surroundings. Very convenient. Takes all your time and excuses you from doing anything about it. And emotions are easy to train. Like a dog… When the action is repeated a number of times, it becomes automatic. You no longer have to decide how to respond, your body is intelligent. And then you can say with great certainty: This is the way I am, and there is nothing to do about it. What a blessed state of mind. So easy. And so completely wrong. But that is outside your box, so you will probably not go there to find out that you are living your own circus in your own illusions. You, yourself and your emotions reacting to the world around you. And even mor useful to experience Solitude. Very real. You can feel it! Very convenient. Just an illusion.
The electromagnetic world – you are never lonely
Third the electromagnetic world. Tis is where most of your illusions about solitude, separatisme ends. It has become more easy to understand since we now have the internet, the www, world wide web. You are interconnected with all people on the net. Via your cell hone you are interconnected with all other cell phones. You can turn on your radio or television and instant see what is broadcasted from anywhere in the world. Very easy to understand when it comes to electronic devices.
So what prejudices does it activate in you when you learn that the human body is wired for this cordless communication from the beginning? Up until now, it has been taken for granted that clairvoyance, clairaudient and the other Clair… are something just a few people are granted as special gifts from God; that is, if you do not consider schizophrenia or other things defined as mental illness that are out of reach for science. Today we know otherwise. While psychic abilities can be the result of inbreeding and drugs, they are not created by these factors, but enhanced and developed. The conclusion is that there is no such thing as being separated. No matter how fast or far you run or travel, you will always be a part of the collective electromagnetic grid. You can be in physical solitude, still connected to the grid. You can be in your black emotional cave, still connected to the grid. You can run, but you can never hide.
If you see this as a curse or a blessing depends. Your choice. In these days of Covid-19 many people suffer emotionally. If you feel lonely, lift your eyes. Lonely is not an option. Open your mind to all your friends and family (if you have them). It’s like turning on the television or a computer. They are accessible in an instant. Always there. Depending on your focus and level of consciousness.
If you don’t have friends or family maybe you have a hobby or something you like doing? All other people with the same interest has their transmitter tuned to the same channel and you can reach them there.
Meditation
Step out of your illusion of being lonely
A meditation if you need help:
Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor. Breath a little deeper than you normally do, down to your lower abdomen. Spine straight, relax shoulders and give yourself a little smile. Close your eyes. Do the So on the in breath and Hum on the out breath until you feel calm. With practice it only takes a few breaths.

Then focus on the person or group you want to connect with. Stay calm, keep breathing. Strive to maintain an empty mind. If any disturbing thoughts or emotions arise on the horizon, just let it go. Like traffic on a highway. They are there, but are none of your business and doesn’t disturb you.
Start to communicate to the one(s) you have addressed. If it is hard, think of it as a telephone call. I advise you to be specific on who you address. It is all kinds of things out there, just as in the physical world. When you make a call, you are sure to dial the right number otherwise you can create all kinds of havoc. When you physically visit a friend, you go to their address, you don’t wander around in the streets to see what happens. The same goes for this type of meditation.
Ask questions, be quiet and patient. You will get answers. Be polite and say thank you for answers and insights.
To stop the session, focus back on your breath and start feeling your body. Then take an extra deep breath and open your eyes.
If you practice, you will get better at it and it will become easier. It is achievable for everyone, so don’t give up. It is there and it can help you in the transmission from a society based on physical closeness to electromagnetic awareness. The transmission from living a life based on the illusions of physical and emotional boundaries to a free life in the metaphysical reality. I didn’t say that it is without responsibility and rules. It is only very different from the rules and boundaries of the physical and emotional illusions. These techniques and others have been available for thousands of years. It had to come to this before the masses see that this is the way the Universe works. But, as they say… Better late than never.
You are never alone, so no need for feeling lonely.
