When a person is conceived, it is like a driver buying a new car. Your car consists of your inherited genes and the factory where it is shaped is the womb. For nine months we are all manufactured by this factory; what we eat, think and feel are decided here and these are all important factors in how you, the car, comes out. For these nine months you as the driver is shaped into her, your mother’s, understanding of love. It can be quite different from the Omnipresent Unconditional Love that we all originate from.
Adolescence and questioning of received understanding of Love
We meet other people and learn and experience their understanding of love.
After about nine months we come out and face the world, already preoccupied and directed by our mother’s understanding of life and love. We meet other people and learn and experience their understanding of love. It becomes confusing and often leads to frustrations. In adolescence, a new set of reality strikes. Our own hormones make living a whole new circus. At this same time comes the more creative questioning of the quality of one’s upbringing, the received understanding of Love; Are there things that can be changed?
Look for your core of Unconditional Love
When your life changes, the whole world changes.
Whatever your bringing-up gave you and wherever you are in your understanding of the concept of love today, there is always another mile to drive, to the core of Unconditional Love. It is there, right inside you, the driver. If you let this driver control your car, for sure your life will change, and when your life changes, the whole world changes.
